Using "PAK-INSTALL" everything plugs-in, no soldering - cutting - joining required. Alternatively a sub-contract: "Computer LAN Cable" or "Telephone Cable" or "TV Antenna" or "Satellite TV" or "Alarm" installer should be able to easily install cabling.
